Contact listing

This page presents the Contacts section of the PilotPulse AI platform, featuring a list of users and their interactions with the AI system. The key features include:

Contact List:

  • Each contact is represented by an ID, name, and initials displayed in colored circles, which likely indicate unique users or clients interacting with the system.

Contact Details:

  • Phone: Displays the phone number for each contact (when available).
  • Email: Displays the email address for each contact (when available).

Channel:

  • Indicates the platform used for the interaction, such as WhatsApp or a web-based channel.

Last Human Message:

  • Shows the last message the user sent to the AI system.

Last AI Message:

  • Displays the most recent response from the AI to each contact, giving insights into the flow of conversation.

Actions:

  • There is an option to view the message history for each contact, allowing users to access detailed logs of conversations with each individual.

Additional Controls:

  • A toggle labeled "Show Guest" is available, which may filter or display additional contacts based on their guest status.
